Sriracha Avocado Toast

- 4 pieces bread
- 2 avocados
- 4 tbsp goat cheese crumbles
- 2 tbsp Sriracha Blue Diamond Almonds
- Optional: Juice from 1 lime
- Toast each piece of bread; spread avocado evenly on each piece.
- Place almonds in a food processor or blender and pulse for 1 second–just enough to crumble them up–and then place on toast.
- Add goat cheese and lime juice.
