Mix milk and syrup together in a bowl and then pour over oats; stir to combine.
Place yogurt on top and then then put the oats in the refrigerator over night, or for at least two hours.
Remove from refrigerator, sprinkle with crushed graham crackers and dark chocolate and enjoy!
*Use dairy free yogurt for vegan option. Alternatively, if you don’t love yogurt (I feel like I’m the only person who doesn’t…), you can use 2 tbsp yogurt and 2 tbsp mascarpone cheese instead. It makes this a bit sweeter and it’s oh so good!
