Paleo Cod Lettuce Wraps




  1. Combine flour and cajun seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet, then dip both sides of cod into the flour mixture, and then place directly into the pan.
  3. Cook cod for approximately 3 minutes on each side, or until flakey; remove from skillet and place directly on lettuce.
  4. Add red onion, tomatoes and avocado slices to lettuce wraps.
  5. For the sauce: add all ingredients to a blender or food processor and pulse until combined.
  6. Drizzle sauce over wraps, then drizzle the juice from the other half of the lime over them too.
  7. Enjoy!


*Serving size varies depending on how you cut the cod and/or how hungry you are! When I made it, 1 lb. cod yielded 3 wraps.
