These mango coconut bites are the perfect nut-free grab-and-go snack and a healthy snack to have on hand.




  1. Pulse mango, dates, oil, and extract together in a food processor. Add water in 1 tbsp at a time, as the mango may take awhile to crush up because of its texture**
  2. Once smooth, form mixture into bite-size balls.
  3. Roll in shredded coconut if desired.
  4. Store in air-tight container (preferably in the refrigerator).
  5. Enjoy!


**I added 3 tbsp of water, but you may need to add more/less depending on the quality of your food processor
***The amount of bites you have in the end will vary depending on their size. It could range anywhere from 12-20.
