These Flourless Almond Butter Blondies are naturally gluten free, made with plenty of creamy almond butter and topped with sliced almonds and a maple cinnamon glaze for good measure.

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°.
  2. Combine almond butter, eggs and vanilla in a bowl and stir; then, add sugar, baking powder, baking soda, and salt and stir to combine.
  3. Last, stir in the almonds by hand.
  4. Spray an 8×8 baking dish with nonstick spray or grease with coconut oil, then scoop batter into dish.
  5. Bake blondies for 25-30 minutes, then wait at least 20 minutes before cutting and serving.
  6. For the glaze: whisk all ingredients together until smooth; drizzle over blondies.
  7. Enjoy!
