Easy Farro Chili

This farro chili is made in your slow cooker and is a delicious vegetarian chili recipe.




  1. Place all ingredients in your slow cooker, making sure to put the olive oil in first so nothing sticks to your slow cooker.
  2. Heat on high for 3 hours.
  3. After 3 hours, stir everything together, taste and add additional seasoning if you wish.
  4. Top with sour cream, cheese and cilantro.
  5. Enjoy!


*If you only have 1 can available, you can just use 1 can diced tomatoes and 1 cup marinara sauce

**I used 2 cups, but if you want the chili to be a little more soup-y, use 3
