*To make 2 flax eggs, simply combine 2 tbsp flaxseed meal and 5 tbsp water, stir, then wait 5 mins or so until they’re combined.
**If you can’t find espresso powder, you can use instant coffee instead. You may have to play around with measurements–I’d start with 1 tsp and go from there.
